Our tallow lip balm is made from beef suet sourced from our pasture-raised cattle on our family farm. We believe less ingredients the better, you won't find many lip balms on the market to day with just 2-3 ingredients! Most customers use it as a lip balm while some use it as a general all-purpose everywhere balm, others have told us they use it for diaper rashes on their babies due to its easy-apply stick form.
Tallow mimics our skin's natural oils making it a great moisturizer and repairing agent. The olive oil helps clean your skin and adds to the tallow's properties locking in moisture. Olive oil is regarded as reducing signs of aging and promotes overall skin health. The combination of these two ingredients works great for repairing chapped lips.

Heat Exposure
*Tallow Balm can change in texture if it is exposed to heat. Be aware of this when it comes to shipping in hotter months and climate areas. This product will not "go bad" in the heat but may change the texture and consistency of the product. If the product "melts" you may remix ingredients in the container, place in the fridge to firm-up again, and let it air out in a cool dark place before adding the cap to make sure no moisture is present before adding the cap.
